Airing Your Dirty Laundry
This well known early bay came in needing a engine upgrade and a little TLC. The customer managed to get his hands on a fully rebuilt Porsche 914 engine for a bargain price, we then custom-fabricated the engine tin and rear valance to suit. Finally, we performed an invisible butt-weld repair on the body's corner section, resulting in a flawless finish.
Custom Built Buggy
The client requested a custom-made steel dashboard for their beach buggy. The brief was to include a glove box and additional gauges to monitor the performance engine that would be fitted at a later date. Everything was designed and set out to give optimal visibility for the driver.
Hip To Be Square
This customer's much loved Type 3 Squareback came in needing a bonnet repair. The only requirement was to keep the original patina paint which is why the bonnet was repaired not replaced. We removed the rusty front section and butt welded in a replacement panel, then finished off by priming and blending in the paint.
Oh Oh Dyane
What to do on a spare weekend? Add another custom touch to my favourite little French car of course! This time creating an opening safari window. I even built in a custom tax disc holder to add that retro flavour.
